Pros
401(k) matching is competitive
Cons
The company has a hard time keeping up with today's working culture and competitive benefits. In 3 years this company will have changed hands 3 times due to splitting. The pay is very sub par even for the midwest, the vacation time is low and the bonus/raises are dismal. I have many friends that work in the auto industry which has a ton of ups and downs and they continually get raises and benefits added. This company continues to cut costs by taking from salary even in an economy that is booming with orders from customers through the roof. Its a typical corporate job but a company that refuses to see that people will find work elsewhere if they don't pay or give competitive benefits. No matter how many old people blame us millennial's for a inexperienced workforce that doesnt care, we are smart enough to know when we aren't being given what is due to us.
