Pros

-Tons of overtime. If you're willing to work and need the cash this is a job that will allow you to make good money in a relatively quick amount of time. -Your coworkers, for the most part, are a great group of hardworking individuals. There's a sense of comradery due to how difficult the job is.

Cons

If you're reading this review get ready for a whirlwind of bad because oh boy, is it bad working here. -Management is absolutely horrendous. Hands down the worst management I've worked for in my entire working life. -Managers are unfair, biased, and unless your personal friends with management good luck moving up in the company. -There is a complete disregard for employees. There is one focus and only one focus, production. -I was part of 1st shift on a team of about 15 men, I had been working an average of 50 hours a week, consistently working overtime, doing my best, and at the 5-month mark, management didn't even know who I was. I get it, management doesn't need to be your friend but for me to put in that much work as a new hire and to not even know I'm an employee there? There are no words to describe the lack of professionalism. -Management doesn't care about you. Unless you become their personal friend you are just another body. The turnover rate is so high that if you leave it doesn't matter. They'll replace you within a week tops. -There are no individual employee production goals. There are total goals set for the day but those continue to increase. 1 million dollars worth of product this month, 2.5 million the next month, 3 million the next. You are expected to work harder for the same compensation. -Oh but what's nice is that if your team consistently pushes millions of dollars worth of product for a month straight you know what you get? Is it employee recognition? Nope. Increased compensation? Nah. A bonus perhaps? Are you serious? No of course not. You get a taco party so that's cool I guess. - Your production output is never enough. They spoke to me on numerous occasions claiming I wasn't pushing enough production but when I asked them to give me a goal they were unable to give me a clear answer. How much do you want? 5 pieces of product? 10? 15? How much value should I be outputting per day? I asked for a goal and the answer management gave me was more. Just more. And when I did produce more, they wanted even more production. -There was an incident of harassment where I was physically harassed and since I wasn't part of the management's personal friend group I was the one that received punishment. -I could go on and on about the sheer incompetence of the 1st shift Grinding department management at the Rancho Cucamonga location. But this review is long enough. Just thinking back to that time of employment is making me heated and I doubt whoever is reading this review will want to hear me complain even more. -Final thoughts, if your in deep financially this is an option to make money relatively quickly due to just how much overtime is available.
