      Very strong Teamwork and Continuous Improvement culture - rewards for implementing good suggestion ideas. Excellent opportunities for employees to support local communities. Good employee benefits and care - Health Care, Physio, Gym, Cycle to Work Scheme, Grants for Children attending University etc.

      Cons

      Many job opportunities available in UK but a number of Senior roles are US based. Visa support may or may not be available depending on role.

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
