      Nice complex, clean buildings, flexible

      Cons

      Interviewed and hired away from a stable job. Communicated multiple times in interview that was happy where I was with the exception of shift work. Reassured the position was stable and let go after 3 months when they did a mass layoff.

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
