Pros
There's a decent amount of job security and I have a good team of peers. Every day of work is always slightly different which keeps things interesting.
Cons
Management is awful and there is absolutely no training or standard of organization of any kind. Any type of on-boarding information you need you have to figure out yourself or from your peers. Money is also very tight so upgrading or even repairing equipment can be tough. Pay is low compared to the industry average.
