Pros
Being able to work from home and work in an environment that encourages a great family/work life balance has been amazing! The pay is more than fair, commissions on top of that have been very steady. Benefits are great, unlimited PTO has been a game changer! They provide everything we need except the chair we sit on at home. The training is good, started off a bit messy but they have been able to bring structure which has gotten even the newest people way ahead in weeks. Company meetings are absolutely fantastic. They take great care of us all. Fun competitive environment.
