Pros
I have been with Arcoro for several years and have seen some incredible growth and transformation of the organization over that time. There is a high pace of development and company leadership has shown a strong commitment to employee engagement and customer satisfaction. It is easy to see that work/life balance is important to the leadership team. Arcoro has a strong benefits package including unlimited PTO, 401K match, and a high number of paid holidays. I get to work with an incredibly talented team who are always willing to help each other succeed.
Cons
There is a high pace of change as the company grows which can be a challenge at times to adapt to that change, but that change is also usually a result of growth and improvement.
