      Pros

      Arcoro is a great company to work for, with a great deal of brilliant software engineers and QA personnel. Providing great software while working remotely all across the US.

      Cons

      The only downside to working remotely is not being able to interact in person with some team members located in other parts of the country, but for those of us in the Scottsdale, AZ region we are able to meet up on occasion at the Scottsdale office, if desired.

      Good experience with HRIS/SaaS software, exposure to complex customer issues, some good coworkers, and a few strong managers.

      Cons

      Support is undervalued, poor documentation, limited internal growth, weak communication, lack of recognition, questionable leadership decisions, and employees may feel punished for speaking up.
