      10 years I've been with ExakTime/Arcoro. A lot has changed in those 10 years and I think we are in the best place we've ever been. If you're looking for a great place to work that has great teams, good culture, good benefits, and good leadership, check out Arcoro,

      Cons

      As with any organization, Arcoro has its problems too. The thing I will say about that is the problems we had 3 years ago are not the problems we have today. Arcoro continues to improve and grow and work through the cons in a positive way.

      Good experience with HRIS/SaaS software, exposure to complex customer issues, some good coworkers, and a few strong managers.

      Cons

      Support is undervalued, poor documentation, limited internal growth, weak communication, lack of recognition, questionable leadership decisions, and employees may feel punished for speaking up.
