      Hybrid work, provided at home equipment, great coworkers, everyone liked the software for the most part

      Cons

      Hard to effectively communicate with managers, surprisingly a lot of politics, takes a long time to move anywhere in the company even with a great track record, it’s very easy to get on the bad side and stay on the bad side of management
