Pros

There are no good reasons to work there.

Cons

If you bring up concerns about unsafe conditions the plant managers will make it unbelievable on you. They don’t care about the health of the workers or safety. It’s a very bad place to work.

Corporate is far from some of the sites, as we have locations all over the US.

Pros

Okay pay and benefits for manufacturing work. Overtime......., and the health insurance + 401k match. Safety is taken seriously. The company has invested in training. Good team culture on the floor, not in the office. Most supervisors are experienced and supportive. Opportunities to learn welding, heavy fabrication, and quality control skills that transfer well.

Cons

Production pressure can get intense when big orders are due — occasional mandatory overtime with short notice. Career progression can feel a bit slow if you're not interested in moving into leadership or engineering roles. Some bureaucracy around certain processes that could be streamlined.
