Pros
It is a good company. I can say the bones are good here and they seem to really care about their employees across the board. At the latter part of my employment, I attended meeting were I would hear the plant manager verbally fight on behalf of his people. The plant manager in Ashland City is why it’s run so well and also why it can be an annoying job. He cares, but he’s stuck in his ways and unwilling to bend even when ideas make sense. It is a small office with a family like environment. Most people have worked there 10+ years.
Cons
This is definitely a “good ole boys” type of environment. While the bones are good, they were extremely behind in systems and processes. Initially this was okay, but it makes an extremely simple process difficult when a company doesn’t have the appropriate processes in place.
