The poor culture is well established in Arcturus, the established culture of personal preferences, and gossip behind backs, in a way that stories are considered facts, there is no qualified scientific or leader in the company, it’s all based on maintaining relationships according to your manager’s taste in people, like your manager asks you to keep track of what time your new peer goes home….people can easily get targeted and pressured in this environment
