Pros
Good pay and benefits. Will send you to training classes. Push for safety and wants a safe place for employees.
Cons
Closed minded. Micro management. Very little true support. Have same problems over and over and not truly want to deal and correct issues. Just bandaid problems and then act very in mature. Have people in upper management that aren't qualified for those positions and play childish games with lower management.
