Top heavy culture with dozens of corporate employees for each region who don't help with solutions at facilities. They point out problems & tell the facility staff "It's up to you how you want to solve that."
Spend crazy amounts of money to fly corporate employees all over the country, rent them cars, stay in hotels, etc, but constantly telling floor staff the company can't afford to give them better staffing or hourly pay.
Refused to allow any remote work at all during the pandemic, even in jobs where some or all of the work could be done from home even (in at least 3 cases that I'm personally aware of) when the employee had a doctor's note.
