Flexibility with work/life balance, great managers

Cons

They will screw you over with your paid time off- find loop holes to not pay you what is rightfully yours despite it stating differently in the policy and procedures- Money hungry and not patient centered Also- it's tough when you have bosses out of toledo but also leadership in your state and have to answer to both. Always felt like it was hospice vs palliative, which as an employee, it made me feel like a child of 2 divorced parents that don't get along. Low salary- not competitive at all- no bonuses or incentives. Mileage reimbursement isn't even paid out at what the IRS states it should be

Working at Arden Courts of Lely Palms has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The staff here are truly compassionate and genuinely care about the residents and their well-being. Team members work together to create a supportive, positive environment where residents are treated with dignity, patience, and respect every day. One of the greatest strengths of this community is the programming offered to residents. Activities are thoughtfully designed to keep residents engaged at all levels of cognitive development, helping them remain active, social, and connected. The team goes above and beyond to create meaningful moments and make life enjoyable for each resident. The atmosphere is welcoming, teamwork is valued, and there is a strong sense of purpose in the care provided. It is a wonderful place to work for anyone who is passionate about memory care and making a difference in the lives of others

Cons

At this time, I do not have any significant concerns regarding the company. The team is supportive, leadership is approachable, and there is a strong commitment to both staff and resident care. Overall, it has been a positive and rewarding work environment.
