Pros

Coworkers are nice, helpful, and open minded, Flexible schedule You are able to work remotely

Cons

There is no onboarding process for new employees so it is look to see if you can be added in a project from your first day. The managers act like they care about the employees but many examples during my time there proved to me how unsafe their protocols actually are for the employees. One of my coworkers even was in a car accident because they failed to warn employees the weather was too dangerous to drive to the office. They also were not transparent to how many projects are available to be worked in, hence they will lie to you promising you project till the day you are laid off with no time to prepare for unemployment

Pros

Growing company scaling to a bigger size currently. So, lots of opportunity to help out and learn how that process works.

Cons

A contender for work in the local areas for consultant work, However, I would consider them a medium contender. It may be a few years before the are the lead on bigger projects as opposed to the normal players that have historically won those contracts.
