Pros

It was the People and the tenure of staff. That is eroding very fast as King Engineering Associates/Ardurra Group grows (with the PEs blessing).

Cons

The Company doesn't have any Mission or Vision and the Values are all tongue and cheek. Human Capital is not valued for the skills/abilities that you bring to the table unless you meet certain (unprofessionally described) criteria. Diversity of thought , Diversity of action, Diversity in general are all missing from the Company. False statements, false actions and false behavior ring true in the work environment - unwritten, inconsistent fringe benefits depending who likes and why.

Dear former employee. I am sorry you feel that way. Ardurra-King is indeed a rapidly expanding firm (ranked #4 on Zweig's Hot Companies List in 2018), and that kind of growth requires adaptive change to meet the needs of the growing business. I do disagree that we do not value and recognize the value of human capital; as a professional services firm, we know that it is the core of our business (truly the only thing we sell). We have been making real investments to meet the operational challenges of operating as a larger firm, both in terms of making new strategic hires and acquisitions to grow the business in a very deliberate way, and with respect to investing in technologies to support our professionals in their day-to-day jobs. I realize change can be hard and sometimes we do lose good people because of it, but we are 100% committed to our employees, their development (personally and professionally), and we are acutely focused on expanding our diversity initiatives to continue building a strong and diverse workforce. I wish you much luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

I've had a great experience working here. Leadership is approachable, communicates the company's direction well, and genuinely values employee feedback. That transparency creates trust and keeps teams aligned. The culture emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Employees are encouraged to take on new challenges, and leadership is committed to continuous improvement. While every organization has opportunities to improve, I've seen a willingness to listen and make positive changes. Overall, I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for supportive leadership, opportunities to grow, and a collaborative work environment.

Cons

The pace can be fast, and expectations are high. If you're looking for an environment that challenges you and encourages growth, that's also one of its biggest strengths.

Pros

• Incredible company culture that actually feels supportive and fun • Excellent work-life balance with real flexibility • Interesting and varied projects that keep things engaging • Strong, approachable leadership team • Overall a great place where people enjoy coming to work

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment. The South Region has grown fast but remains feeling like a well aligned team that puts clients and their people first
