Pros
The number one thing I love about Ardurra is that they take great care of their people and their clients. They truly understand the importance of that and live it every day. I came to Ardurra through an acquisition and was curious to see if they truly lived what they told us about putting their people first. Since then I have seen them time after time do that even when they did not have to do it. Also it is the most fun place I have ever worked in my career. The leadership is approachable, engaged and down to earth. A great part of it is they drive growth in a way that gives everyone an opportunity if you want it and value you regardless of role. The staff across the company without exception are awesome! They are passionate about their work, their clients and the firm. If you need anything they will absolutely help you without hesitation. I can't say enough great things about Ardurra.
