Pros
Solid industry reputation, constantly growing (both organically and via acquisition). Top of the line suite of employee benefits which is increasing. Building out focus on retention and career paths, mentoring, etc.
Cons
Very tight on staffing which commonly leads to continual high stress on the staff and lower middle management levels. Terms like "fast-paced" work environment can be used to excuse the Firm's part in the stress potential and place the onus on the employee to "be a good fit" for the position. Complicated annual review platforms make self-review confusing and intimidating, making one feel that regardless of their high performance, if they don't know how to represent themselves using the correct approach and verbiage, they will not be recognized for their performance and potential, and it will be entirely their fault.
