Old Technology, no innovation, bad processes, Upper Management does not understand the customer - Management Argo Data Employee Review

Pay is low, hours are bad, no work from home, technology is 30 years old, there is no vision at the upper management level. They are losing customers due to the poor user experience. The sad thing is that they see no value in UX and will not listen to their customers. The management team thinks they are exerts in the banking field, but they are not. The banks are moving way ahead of them and they are becoming irrelevant. This was the worst managed, least innovative company I have ever worked with.
