Pros
There aren't very many, but if you are desperate to get a job out of school, and have absolutely no other opportunities, including being unemployed at your parents house while you look for another job, this might be your place.
Cons
Don't expect to gain any valuable skills to take with you throughout your career, other than very basic corporate experience. Technology used is either out dated (html, javascript) or proprietary. Very impersonal company with little visibility.
