Pros
The managers/employees here as a whole are incredibly kind people. Your team will support you and not expect the moon and stars from you, but do expect you to work hard and well. Started here as an intern and they treat interns incredibly well. They give a lot of opportunity to grow and learn. There are fun employee events throughout the year.
Cons
The way the company is run is really discouraging. The CEO is outdated, out of touch, yet has high expectations of everyone and will be rude about it if you don't meet them. It seems like everyone's work is never good enough a lot of the time. There is no remote work/positions as a company standard, managers might allow one WFH day. 90% of meetings are conducted over microsoft teams so it is incredibly dumb. The benefits are just ok, the 401k percentages stink, and there is no maternal/parental leave for new parents (at least from what I've been told). Huge turn off for employees that are wanting to build families.
