Pros

Beautiful corporate HQ, casual work environment

Cons

Just about everything else. Highly unstructured, lack of care for it's employees, no training & development function, horrible & expensive benefits, limited internal mobility, chaotic "leadership", laughable technology, high turnover, untrusting management, limited metrics, store employees who can't even perform the most basic of employment tasks... Privately held brick & mortar retail is a recipe for disaster which is exemplified by an owner who really doesn't care about the people who work for him outside of those who crunch the numbers to pay for his Teslas. Everyone else are easily kicked to the curb when he's tired of them. This company lacks process of any sort. Constantly shooting from the hip. If you want unstructured chaos with no clear direction and the strong possibility that you'll have no long-term future here...you've come to the right place.

Pros

Quality products and beautiful presentation

Cons

The degree to which the store management is lacking in professionalism, as well as support for their salespeople, is shocking. They regularly insult the clients, and they treat the sales staff like children, when they're working their tails off. This is a difficult job with a lot to learn and often involves juggling multiple complicated, big money transactions at the same time. Often it feels like management is not there to help sales and is short sighted and petty when dealing with wealthy clients who would likely be repeat customers. Yes, our customers are a pain at times, but you should not take them or their money for granted, or engage in shouting matches with them. Corporate really should do a better job of hiring professional store management and training them to be more supportive of both salespeople and clients and less rude across the board.
