Pros

Treating retirement home patients daily.

Cons

Everything. This is company that only cares about numbers. The way the home office staff treat the clinical staff is the most disrespectful, unkind, disgraceful thing I've ever been apart of. It's a bunch uneducated staff sitting in an office ploting how to take out their clinical staff. I've never witnessed such a mess.
