Well heated and A/C Quarterly profit sharing 401k match up to 6% plus a once a year bonus addition Overtime is available for those who want it when business is good $135 boot voucher once a year Cedar point trip Work load is generally reasonable Holiday gifts usually include, large box of apples, some cider, gift cards
Cons
Run somewhat like a Union, in that compensation doesn't always seem to be correlated with effort or quality of work. Some departments have mandatory overtime (termed "essential" to sound less . . . well like "mandatory") which at times seems senseless. For example assembly may be required to work overtime when there are not enough parts available to completed their work?
