Pros

Involved with integration of systems. Including the gathering of information from previous system to develop processes within the new system to accommodate all customer account information along with a way to identify all reporting information. Along with the integration process, i also wrote the procedures for the system processes for our department. Including account group codes, price files, etc.

All of my coworkers were very helpful and the day-to-day work was usually pretty exciting and changed often.

Pros

Great experience to build your resume, mostly due to a lack of clear role definitions and being asked to do tasks outside of your scope of work. The engineering department is full of dedicated workers just trying to survive the whims of the Ariens children.

Cons

"Be Honest" - Upper management lies and intentionally misleads employees "Be Fair" - There are huge discrepancies in pay and responsibilities for the same job titles "Respect the individual" - Long hours and "unspoken expectations" make you feel like a number that's only as good as the amount of slop you can deliver "Encourage intellectual curiosity" - There was never anytime to try anything new or come up with multiple solutions let alone do anything innovative.
