Pros

Always overtime available, shop provides all shop supplies required to complete job.

Cons

Management is horrible. Literally horrible. They promote people with zero people skills and remove people who actually care. Treat you as a slave. No appreciation.

Service manger is great to work with, Company tries to make time for personal needs, Giving a great work life balance.

Cons

techs need to buy a lot of their own specialty equipment. Works out well if you ever leave. Cause you own it.
