As it’s a new organization, there are the normal start up items but far less as the ownership has been around in healthcare for over forty years.

Some of the people are kind, helping clients is awesome.

Clicks, certain staff get away with murder, they gang up and scheme on how to get people fired. Lack of professionalism from Clinical Director, nothing is ever her job or problem and she undermines the ED at every turn. They hire family members of staff they like and then look the other way when they suck. The corporate office brings in friends and family who fix nothing but tell the rest of us how much we suck.
