Cons
Last six months has been worse for AIDC . Several illiterate people have joined senior management and lots of senior people Team leads and software engineers with Gaming knowledge are leaving this organization who brought AIDC to new heights which is getting low after they are leaving. New people are hired recently in senior management are sacked employees from their previous employment. Best part of this new recruitment is that they are not from gaming /product domain and do not understand any in and out of casino gaming. for example.. Insurance, service, embedded ... blah blah Because of this there is very a deadly combination at top which makes you laugh (if you understand gaming) at their every decision. Product based environment is changed now to a factory :-( SELF DESTRUCT
