Pros
Salary is above average the market. Some of the best employees I worked with ever but most of them have now left for MS,Adobe Amazon and other top companies..All the best have left in 2012...from Manager to Team Lead to Engineer...Around 40 out of 150 have left. Recently some yearly trips and other stuff like providing some low quality food on the single floor where it operates has started.
Cons
The game of politics is played like anything Whoever kisses the asses of their bosses like dogs will get better appraisals. You would not come to know about it until the end when your appraisal is done. They say gaming company ..But the work is pathetic..Simple porting...A game can be ported in less than an hour...No Knowledge Transfer..Old employees will befool you...Would provoke you to stand up against your manager and in the backend will be at their feet ... Earlier flexible timings were there and that too has been suppressed.
