I am unable to find any one after my 2 years of job here
Cons
Indian management thinks they are very smart. Every employee is given appraisal of 15-18%. The smart thing they have done is that they have increased the basic salary only by Rs 1k-2k and rest all in flexi (which we never due to stupid policies of management and TMF) . So in short still after 20 % hike i am getting only 1000 more of my inhand. No employee friendly policies at all. All good reviews below are from HR that i am pretty sure.
