Pros
Pros – 1) Good Salary 2) Perfect Work-life balance 3) Flexible time schedule 4) Not much pressure.
Cons
1) Not much career growth. Seems like you hit a ceiling at a point. 2) Lack of training opportunities. 3) High level management is bad. They don't have any vision and when they do come up with a plan, they tend to fail in execution -- time and time again... 4) A lot of processes that take time away from producing product and are hard to follow.
