Pros
Good team of workers, people want to do a good job, good pay, and good benefits. There is talent in the company at the mid-level and line level.
Cons
The biggest problem that ATI has is with Sr. Management. They place incompetent people into Sr. roles. AU uses the US as a dumping ground for poor leaders and talk a good game when it comes to change but never follow through with any good initiatives. I guess it just costs to much to be good. They want only cool-aid drinkers and no one that will challenge poor choices the company makes.
