Work Life Balance is not good. they will ask you come on weekend and will not give any comp off also. People are getting fired every month without any reason. 4 Leads were fired 2 month back. 2 developers are fired this month also. Indian management is puppet of US management. they dont have any say. US people fires indian developers to save their jobs. their is no job security. they will ask you to resign forcefully or they will put you on PIP for 1 month. after that they will fire you. US People does not want to hire people in India having more than 6 Year of exp. so that they can save their jobs. Company is not doing good Financially. Lot of Politics. Senior Technical Guys are doing very bad politics to save their Jobs. I am sure these reviews are written by HR people only as they dont have any work their is no HR in the company. HR is controlled by management.
