Not great at much, the company struggles with identity, motivation, and properly incentivizing employees to perform. The higher performing employees become demotivated, check out mentally, and move on. The lower performing employees eventually get weeded out, but it takes waaaaay to long. It took COVID for me to see much movement on that end. To build a truly great engineering team, many mistakes needed to be avoided in the last few years, especially the mistake of trying to 'unify' engineering teams across multiple time zones.
