Pros

Nice work environment, standard 40 hour week, ok pay, nice benefits, relaxed.

Cons

Diversity and inclusion obsession. They employ both a diversity and sustainability officer while they lay off people during Covid. Old code your stuck debugging and slowly revamping. No clear goals. Priorities shift. No planning. Clear wall between workers and upper management. No communication. You can go for weeks without hearing from upper managers. 20 somethings managing 40-50 year olds with double the XP. Low promotion from within. Weird hiring of a new VP every month or so then prominent people just leaving with no explanation.

Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

Cons

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.

Free lunch on Thursdays, remote flexibility for being sick or family emergency type deals

Cons

"Good ol boys clubs" all over the place, especially in sales. Hard to even get interviews unless you know someone, regardless of brand or work ethic
