Favoritism is very high for no reasons related to work. 4. Hikes are very low, and favorites get hike multiple times in a year while some don't get even once. Believe me. 5. It believes in hiring new people rather than thinking and correcting why people are leaving. 6. Managers are given full powers to do what they want. 7.Appraisal meetings are like jokes. Everything was good still you can get a rating of 3 or 4.
