No onsite oppurtunities, Favouritism to few employees, There are numerous examples where a 7 year experienced is promoted to Associate architect and 12 year old is also associate architect as 7 year hold is manager's favourite, non-competent top management(Directors, SM, ILT members). Just saving their own seat on cost of employees. Giving hike just and joining as hikes are meant only for incompetent ILT members. Only porting work done at Indian support centre. If they hire you by saying it is development center with Research, then management is lying as porting of code by changing few macros is done in games team. Some of members of ILT have got promoted as no-one from outside (with his own viewpoint) remains with oraganization for 6 months.
