Pros

Company is full of diplomatic people.If you do not know how to play politics in office then you will be in hell in aristocrat.Employee who are busy in buttering their bosses get promoted and good increment.Hard work does not count here. HR policies are of no good.They do not have any idea about employees problem.

Cons

There are few individuals who are technically sound.

Free lunch on Thursdays, remote flexibility for being sick or family emergency type deals

Cons

"Good ol boys clubs" all over the place, especially in sales. Hard to even get interviews unless you know someone, regardless of brand or work ethic
