1. It has a very small cafeteria with extremely limited food options. 2. Quality of work is not very great. It is mainly porting/maintenance stuff. Some teams do some good stuff though on rare occasions. 3. Managers, Sr. Leaders lack leadership skills. All of them are paid like anything and they are just surviving. Don't expect much from them. 4. Some fossil(old and not getting a job anywhere else) workforce still there. 5. Average salary hike year on year. 6. Too much interference of Sydney, USA leadership on every thing.
