The internship program was great, everyone at Arity was extremely welcoming and supportive and there were a lot of opportunities for learning/growth. Overall a very fun work environment.

Not for someone who doesn't like working remotely.

Remote work flexibility was the primary benefit

Leadership promotes a people-first culture, but many employees experienced a disconnect between the messaging and reality. Employees were repeatedly reassured that there would be no layoffs, only to later be told that the layoffs had been planned for six months. That damaged trust across the organization. The culture has deteriorated significantly, and many employees feel that leadership is more focused on appearances than genuinely listening to and supporting employees.
