With the vision of analytics of telematics Data and making the world safer to drive , company is has a team of high performing leaders .Data science and analytics team has been doing great. . Friendly and empathetic team .

Cons

Product management team is weak . product team is not clear about the similarities and differences between the role of engineering , analytics and data science in building effective products . Few processes still need clearance from Allstate which slows down the pace .

Leadership promotes a people-first culture, but many employees experienced a disconnect between the messaging and reality. Employees were repeatedly reassured that there would be no layoffs, only to later be told that the layoffs had been planned for six months. That damaged trust across the organization. The culture has deteriorated significantly, and many employees feel that leadership is more focused on appearances than genuinely listening to and supporting employees.
