Toxic leadership with favoritism and poor HR support - Anonymous employee Arizona College Employee Review

Leadership at the top lets students walk all over the faculty and other employees. There’s also blatant favoritism shown between leadership and some staff. They will hire you on/pay you in one position but give you the responsibility of someone in a higher position than you, but not pay you for doing the work. HR is a joke - you can’t go to them for anything without risk of retaliation.
