Pros

Pay is decent. and that is about it, overtime available. The positive review above was most likely written by management or by one of the Admissions Reps for Nursing program. The Nursing Reps are treated like gold.

Cons

Toxic work environment, employment is conditional on meeting unrealistic monthly enrollment goals and as a result, high turnover. Management view employees as disposable and will fire you even though you generated millions of dollars in revenue for the college.

The building is really nice.

Cons

After taxes, I get paid the same as unemployment for 15 hours of work per week. There are unpaid trainings that seem to be randomly due. These required trainings have no pre-assessment to determine what level of educator an adjunct is at and for me all of the trainings this far have been a waste of my time.
