Nice faculty to work with, but management places a low priority on creating a quality work environment. Sad testament to those in the classrooms.

Cons

See above. Left to find another job where talent, hard work and compassion are more respected. Wish it could have worked out.

The building is really nice.

Cons

After taxes, I get paid the same as unemployment for 15 hours of work per week. There are unpaid trainings that seem to be randomly due. These required trainings have no pre-assessment to determine what level of educator an adjunct is at and for me all of the trainings this far have been a waste of my time.
