Pros
Worked there for many years and was impressed by management's commitment to members and member service. There is an expectation to work hard and produce. If you don't, you may find yourself out of a job. Generally, management seems to care about the employees and does a good job of recognizing efforts. As I was a productive employee, I was offered a lot of flexibility and opportunities. I left when the economy was bad and my job changed so much that I wasn't doing work that I enjoyed.
Cons
Although I don't see it as a negative, there is a real expectation to produce. If you aren't use to a fast-paced environment, you will struggle. Most of the people I saw leave through the years left because of the demands of the job. Sometimes relationships trump effort and productivity (but that's the case in every organization).
