      health benefits are great, forced retirement is great when you retire if its still there

      Cons

      This isn't like working in Education. Schools are run like businesses, bad bosses, even those that are known as really bad, continue to have jobs.

      Great atmosphere and truly excellent benefits. Every day is a little different.

      Cons

      Need to wear a lot of different hats and understand both the academic and business sides, which can be challenging. Having to pay for parking.

      Very flexible working schedule and super friendly supervisors. It is a great place to work overall.

      Cons

      Continuous monitoring of your work and your time on calls can feel intimidating, but overall, the staff is very supportive.
