      Pros

      Nice environment, great people to work with, wonderful benefit package, tuition reduction program for yourself and your family.

      Cons

      Probably the only con is that you have to pay for parking, and parking is not really close to your office so you have to walk quite a bit.

      Great atmosphere and truly excellent benefits. Every day is a little different.

      Cons

      Need to wear a lot of different hats and understand both the academic and business sides, which can be challenging. Having to pay for parking.

      Very flexible working schedule and super friendly supervisors. It is a great place to work overall.

      Cons

      Continuous monitoring of your work and your time on calls can feel intimidating, but overall, the staff is very supportive.
