      Working one on one with students was very rewarding. Flexible hours made it easy to balance work and school.

      Cons

      The center was sometimes very short staffed, which led to some busy days managing a lot of students. Still worth the experience.

      Great atmosphere and truly excellent benefits. Every day is a little different.

      Cons

      Need to wear a lot of different hats and understand both the academic and business sides, which can be challenging. Having to pay for parking.
